Small Call to Action Headline

Instead of having to record an entire course, we first take the Digital Product Outline created by the Synthesise AI and run a few clients through it as a Coaching Offer. This allows us to test quickly, gather feedback, while getting paid. It’s like your “Research & Develoopment” Phase. We’ll price it at $2,000 to $10,000 so that with only a handful of clients you can already make a significant income.

AFTER THE PROGRAM!

What Happens After First Strokes?!

By the end of the program, you’ll have made friends, learned the basics, and know if rowing is for you. Over 60% choose to continue, but it’s totally up to you. We’re just here to help you get started.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

I have many commitments and can only attend on certain days. Is it possible to get the days I prefer?

Absolutely! The program is designed to fit a busy schedule. You can choose from over 10 sessions per week and only need to attend two to get what you need out of it. (We will probably never run a program this flexible again, since it requires a lot of resources from us.)

I’ll be away for one of the weeks during the course. What should I do?

It’s quite common to miss a week of the program. What we recommend is watching that week’s video and trying to attend a bit more during the other weeks so that you still complete your total of 8 sessions. You can message the coaches in the app to inform them, but otherwise it’s not a problem.

Do I need to attend on all the events?

No, you don’t need to attend all the social events. Of course, if you want to get the most out of the program, then yes, but otherwise, they’re not mandatory. They’re mostly there to give you a chance to integrate into the group and get to know people who are already part of our club.

What kind of people have joined the program, and will I fit in?

We’ve had all kinds of people join the program! Some train hard and are looking for a new challenge, while others haven’t exercised much lately and want to get back into it. We also have participants of all ages, from 18 to 70 – so no matter your level or age, you’ll fit right in.

How safe is it?

Very safe! We’ve never had anyone capsize during our beginner courses, and that’s because we make sure to use stable and safe boats. However, no matter how safe it is, you must be able to swim to participate in the course, for safety reasons.

What do you do if there’s thunder or if it’s too windy?

If the weather is too bad for rowing on the water, we run fun indoor sessions where you’ll learn technique and work up a sweat together with the group. Previous participants have said that the indoor sessions were just as rewarding as being out on the water.

What should I wear?

Nothing special! Regular workout clothes work just fine, tights, shorts, or training pants along with a fitted top.

What happens after the program?

By the end of the program, you’ll have met new people, learned the basics of rowing, and built confidence. You’ll also know if it’s something you want to continue. Usually, about 60% of participants go on to join one of our programs.

Do I need to do anything else before I get started?

Yes. Once you’ve completed your payment and gained access to the Heja app, please make sure to fill out the USRowing forms. This costs $10 and ensures you’re insured for the program!

After that, you’re all set! If you run into any issues, our coaches will be happy to help once the program begins.

PS! Will this program run again later this year?

Nope, this program is truly one of a kind. Running it with 80 participants requires a huge amount of time, planning, and resources, which is also why we will not run it again this year.

If you want to get started with this top program and gain access to everything that comes with it, we strongly recommend securing your spot now, even if you know you’ll be away for a week or so. This is by far the best way to get started, so if you want to give rowing a real try and maybe make it your go-to activity, then this program is exactly for you.

We have never offered a flexible setup like this before, especially with only 10 sessions available per week, and honestly, it will probably be a long time before we do something similar again. Right now, our priority is also making room for the many people who want to continue rowing with us after the program ends.
